Peroxide Stabilizer is a newly developed product by formulation of polyphosphate ester. Comparing with other peroxide stabilizer, it provides higher resistance to strong alkali and better power of stabilization.

Properties

1. Higher resistance to strong alkali. It gives excellent stabilizing power to hydrogen peroxide even under concentrated solution of 200g/L caustic soda.
2. It provides good chelating performance to metal ions such as Fe²⁺ or Cu²⁺, so that to stabilize catalytic reaction of hydrogen peroxide, avoid over-oxidation on fabrics.
3. It provides powerful absorptivity even under high temperature, so that to reduce the speed of decomposition of hydrogen peroxide and improve its efficiency.
4. It stops silicon stain from back-staining on fabric or equipment.

How to use

Use Peroxide Stabilizer separately or together with sodium silicate.

Dosage:  1-2g/L, batch process

         5-15g/L, continuous cold pad-batch bleaching

Packing

In 50kg/125kg plastic drum.

Storage

In cool and dry place, storage period is within 6 months, seal the container properly.
