NON-formaldehyde Fixing Agent ZDH-230

Properties

Mainly used in the dyeing or printing of Cotton, Viscose, Wool, Silk fiber which use reactive dyes and so on anionic dyes.

Improving colorfastness obviously;

An environmentally friendly non-formaldehyde fixing agent;

Little deterioration to hand touch and wide adaptability to equipment.

Application

ZDH-230 can use directly, but the amount should little. General suggest to use after dilute about 3-6.times. Normal dilute at 5 times.

The suitable amount varies with fabirc, dyeing process, shade and fixing method. Suggest use after make a trial.

The suggested application amount for dipping process is 0.1-0.5% O.W.F of ZDH-230 for pale and medium shade, 0.3-1% O.W.F of ZDH-230 for deep shade, with liquor ratio 1:20-30 at 40-50℃ for 10-20 minutes;

The suggested application amount for dip-padding process is 2 dips and 2 pads with 5-15g/L of ZDH-230;

Directly dissolving in fixing bath, Fabrics can be put in fixing bath in both dry state and wet state. If soaping in tie washing machine, can fixing in the final two baths. Fixing bath can be used continually, and only to add suitable amount.

Notice

Reactive dyes color fastness not only depends on dyestuff concentration but also on washing after dyeing. Dyed fabrics must be fully washed (washing, soaping, then re-washing). Deep colored textile fabrics should be fixed after soaping at high temperature and washing.

Packing & Storage

125KG or 200KG in one plastic drum; can be stored for 6 months under cool and dry conditions.
