Highly-concentrated  formaldehyde-free Nylon Fixing Agent, particularly developed for one-bath fixing treatment of polyamide fabrics. It is a formulation of water soluble polymers, totally different from conventional tannin-base fixing agent.

 high performance to improve washing fastness and perspiration fastness.

 it gives neither dye-peeling nor fixing spots on the fabrics during treatment.

 no influence to brilliance and color shade, no loss to hand feel.

 used in one-bath soaping/fixing treatment for nylon fabrics after printing, not only to avoid back-staining, but also to improve wet fastness.

Application

Used for fixing treatment after dyeing & printing of acid dyes on nylon, wool and silk.

How to use

                  Immersion:      nylon fixing agent            1-3% (o.w.f.)

                                          PH value                           4

                                          temperature and time        70℃, 20-30 minutes.

                 Dip padding:    nylon fixing agent            10-50 g/L

                                          PH value                           4

                                          pick-up                             60-80%

                 One-bath soaping/fixing treatment:  

                                          nylon fixing agent NH      2-5 g/L

                                          PH value                            4

                                          temperature and time        40-60℃, 20 minutes

      Remark: nylon fixing agent should not be used together with cationic auxiliary, the most correct dosage should be decided upon dyes, dyeing depth, color shade, and local processing condition.

Packing

In 50kg or 125kg plastic drums.

Storage

In cool and dry condition,  storage period is within 6 months.
