Application

Used for reactive dyes printing on cotton fabrics.

How to use

Preparation of the stock paste(for example, 8%):

Super Gum –H87 8 kg

Water 92 kg

Stock paste 100 kg

Method:

-Mix super gum H-87 with cold water as per above dosage.

-High-speed stirring at least 30 minutes and dissolve them completely.

-After a swelling time about 3-4 hours, the stock paste is ready for use.

-To keep swelling time overnight, it will improve rheological property and homogeneity.

Recipe for printing:

Stock paste 40-60

Dyes X

Urea 2X

Sodium Bicarbonate 2.0-3.5

Reserve Salt S 1

Add water to 100

Printing—drying—steaming(102’C,5minutes)—rinse—soaping—rinse—drying

Packing

In 25kg multiply kraft paper bags, within PE bags inside.

Storage

Keep in cool and dry place, seal bags properly.
