Chrysophenine GX Direct Yellow 12
【Chrysophenine GX Properties】
Chrysophenine GX is also called Direct Brilliant Yellow 4R. Appearance: dark yellow even powder. It is yellow to golden yellow when dissolved in water, and its solubility is 30g/L. The 2% dye aqueous solution becomes jelly when the temperature is lower than 15°C.Slightly soluble in alcohol, greenish yellow in color, slightly soluble in fibrinolyticin and acetone. It appears reddish purple in concentrated sulfuric acid, and will precipitate from purple to reddish blue after dilution. When the aqueous solution is added with concentrated sulfuric acid, a dark purple precipitate forms; when concentrated sodium hydroxide is added, a golden-orange precipitate appears; when exposed to 10% sodium hydroxide solution, the color changes slightly.

【Chrysophenine GX Use】
Chrysophenine GX mainly used for dyeing cotton, linen, viscose, rayon, rayon and other cellulose fiber fabrics, silk, nylon and other fabrics and their blended fabrics. It can also be used for dyeing leather, pulp, biological and manufacturing colors. Used for lakes and pigments.
Chrysophenine GX is used for dyeing cotton or viscose fiber. It is red-yellow in color,It has good dye migration and leveling properties, and has a certain covering power for viscose yarn and dead cotton with uneven quality. The dye uptake rate is high, and the dye liquor should be naturally cooled to 40°C after dyeing, which is conducive to dye absorption. Chrysophenine GX can be used for dyeing nylon fabrics under the condition of using acetic acid to assist dyeing. It can also be used for dyeing silk and wool in neutral baths and acetic acid baths. When dyeing wool, Sodium sulfate can be used to promote dyeing. When dyeing vinylon, the dye uptake rate is average, and the shade is slightly redder than cotton when dyeing viscose fiber. When dyeing viscose fiber and other fibers in the same bath, the depth of silk and wool is similar to that of cotton and viscose fiber, but the shade of wool is slightly darker. Acetate, polyester, and acrylic are non-staining. It can be used for dyeing viscose and silk interwoven fabrics. It is often used in two-step or two-bath dyeing with Rhodamine B to obtain very bright two-color colors.
